Luxurious and inviting with award winning food we are the ideal choice to host intimate Weddings, Special birthday's, Anniversaries,Christening's, Communion's, Confirmation's or simply a special gathering with family and friends we are comitted to making the occasion a memorable one for both you and your guests.

We offer two dinner menu options available in our restaurant seven days a week.

Two courses for €24 or three courses for €29.Both options include tea and coffee.

If you or your guests have any dietary requirements please just let us know and we will accommodate you as much as possible.

If you do not want a full sit down meal we also take group bookings for bar food or can provide a selection of finger food on request.

We had a lovely time in Aherne's townhouse and the tasting menu which we had was delicious. Overall the standard of food was very high. I had booked Ahernes as a birthday weekend away and my only complaint, which is quite small in the grand scheme of things was that I had been told that a cake would be provided on the night we had dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was an oversight and there was no mention of my Fiancees birthday despite two other tables in the restaurant having birthday also and being given a cake throughout the night - this further highlighted the fact that we got missed out and my Fiancee was alittle disappointed. Aside from this though, we had a lovely time and would certainly recommend this hotel.
Had two very relaxing days in Aherne's which were enjoyed by the fact that the Staff were so friendly and made us feel at home immediately. We enjoyed the food especially the FISH was sad to be going home. Will definitely make a return visit.
