- A little gem of a hideaway in the middle of the town. Lovely, unique and spotless rooms, fabulous food and a genuinely warm welcome. I'd definitely recommend Aherne's.
- Personal friendly service and interaction with guests added greatly to visit and helped ensure we realized Youghal town had so much to offer historically - indeed without we possibly would have left Youghal not having discovered anything much of its history or having explored the town - Youghal could really do with greater promotion as a destination
